When choosing an Artist's date, ask yourself 'what sounds like fun'?
When choosing an Artist Date, it is good to ask yourself, “what sounds fun?” - and then allow yourself to try it
As Artist Dates become a weekly habit, they become easier
"Some students ask, "What exactly is an Artist Date?"
I tell them it is a weekly expedition to explore something that enchants or interests them. It may be a trip to a bird store, to a children's bookstore, to a flower shop, to a museum.
It does not need to be "high art."
In fact, if we think of our creative self as being an inner youngster, we will be on the right track.
My most recent Artist Date entailed a visit to a store called "Feathered Friends."

Morning Pages
Morning Pages are three pages of longhand, stream of consciousness (i.e. n thinking, just write anything) done first thing in the morning
There is no wrong way to do Morning Pages
They are not 'high art'. They are not even "writing". They are about anything and everything that crosses your mind and they are 'for your eyes only'
Morning Pages provoke, clarity, comfort, cajole, prioritize and synchronise the day at hand
Do not overthink Morning Pages
Just put three pages of anything on the page ... and then do three pages tomorrow.
